If You're Tired of Shopping for a New Roof, You've Come to the RIGHT Place!

 

At B2N, we know it gets old comparing Apples to Apples, ESPECIALLY when all of the Apples seem to be rotten and bruised. That's why we have spent the last 11 years (since 2010) constantly improving to be the BEST ORANGE we can be in a barrel full of Apples.

 

In other words, We're Different! We look different. We act different. We will ALWAYS BE DIFFERENT! We really have no desire to be an Apple to be compared to the other Apples.

But please, don't just take our word for it. Compare us to the Apples and see what makes us so Orange. We would be very happy to help you with your bid comparisons. So if you have an estimate from an Apple and it is much cheaper than ours, please allow us to help you identify the differences. It is very likely that the other company is taking shortcuts that we just won't. You'd be surprised how many companies will reuse pipe boots, ridge vents, felt paper, leave out Ice Shield (very important), and more. It is easy to do because once the shingles are on, you won't be able to see what is beneath them (which counts soooo much!!!)

However, if by chance the other company is offering a similar product, we would be more than happy to see if we can make the numbers work. The most important thing to us is that you are HAPPY and that we can continue to honor our warranties, which are the best in the business. If we can still do that and lower our price to make you happy, we will!

If you don't choose us, Please Be Careful!

Everything must be in writing! Please... Please don't accept the verbal promises of another company without seeing it in writing. If you don't choose us, we are still concerned for you. We have been brought into many situations where another company did the work but everything they did had to be completely removed because of poor workmanship. These things happen every day, so please be careful!

Other things to look out for are proper licenses (Illinois requires it), General Liability Insurance (in case a storm pops up during the tear-off process which can cost THOUSANDS of dollars), and Workers Comp insurance (in case a worker falls, without this insurance, you could be liable). Did they give you a "Know Your Consumer Rights" brochure that is also required in Illinois?

Did they offer to pay your insurance deductible? If so, that is very illegal, so be very careful!

Again, even if you don't choose us, we would be happy to look at the estimate you're considering and point out any pitfalls you might potentially be looking at.

So What Makes Us So Orange?

At B2N, we are different because we WANT to be different. We are so excited about the special company we have created and the wonderful people we have employed. We won't do anything to jeopardize it! Instead, we will go above and beyond to make sure EVERY customer is treated with respect and every install we perform is of the best quality.

 

That's how we have been able to earn the reputation we have.

 

Have you ever called a roofer and asked for an estimate? If so, you may have noticed that many of them never show up. And if they do, they are late, unprepared, unorganized, and often unfriendly.

 

That's just something we won't allow at B2N and we hope you won't either. We set ourselves apart by being fast, accurate, on time, professional, friendly, NOT PRESSURING, and more. If any of our employees display an attitude that doesn't fit that description, please let us know so we can correct the issue immediately.

We also have taken the time to build our company right. We use technology to keep us organized. We have regular company meetings dedicated to our continual improvement. We started small, but we have built big, and you can't do that by slopping things together fast. 

​

We are not afraid of the insurance process. Of course, life would be much simpler if the insurance companies would just pay the estimate from the company you prefer to do business with, but these days they micro-manage the claims to the point that we have to prove every move we make with pictures, letters, and Xactimate Estimates (the software insurance companies use to write their estimates). It is NOT easy, but we have made it a high priority to learn how to do it so that you can get the best roof possible and only have to pay your deductible. Many people have felt forced to go with the cheaper Apple just because they didn't think they could afford the Orange, but that's just because they didn't understand the process. We regret that for them, and that's why we spend so much time educating our customers about the process so they know they never have to settle for Apples!

So please know that you NEVER have to settle because we will ALWAYS be here working for you and ever improving our system along the way!
